Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles, including team and vendor management.
• Proficient with networking, firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud services (O365, Azure), and device management.
• Strong incident response, vulnerability management, and policy/architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity and Risk Management: liaise with MSSP, lead incident response, enforce security policies and practices, conduct audits and documentation.
• Infrastructure Management: oversee on‑prem and cloud infra, patch management, AV and conference room tech, upgrades and compliance.
• Helpdesk Staff Management: lead helpdesk, manage tickets to meet SLAs, enforce IT policies and access controls, support hybrid meetings.
• Procurement and Asset Management: procure IT hardware/software for hires, manage vendor quotes, inventory and lifecycle assets.
