Job summary

Centre Technologies is expanding its team and seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support account maintenance and quote generation within a hybrid, Houston-based environment. You will ensure accurate registration of deals and manage opportunities to assist Account Executives in closing sales.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or customer service, IT sales experience is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, ConnectWise Manage, and Sell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• IT sales experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office, Internet, CRM) required.
• ConnectWise Manage and Sell experience for quoting preferred.
• High School Degree required
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Register Centre Deals properly and maintain account relationships.
• Maintain pricing discounts and opportunity updates with vendors.
• Produce Centre Sales Quotes in Sell and create Opportunities in Manage.
• Use ConnectWise Manage for data entry and account tracking.
• Forecast assistance: enter opportunities and update run rate/renewal opportunities.
• Process Won opportunities, create Sales Orders and Project/Service tickets.
• Assist Account Executives with follow-up on open opportunities.
• Aid in updating the Statement of Work (SOW) with necessary details.
• Submit Customer Satisfaction Requisition and Return Material Authorization forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
