Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL on a hybrid schedule.

You will lead project teams to develop software solutions across the application portfolio and enterprise systems used by customers and partners. The role requires 6+ years of PM experience in Agile environments, strong leadership, and expertise with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing projects from inception through completion.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end program management in matrixed organizations.
• 6+ years working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities and resources.
• Manage charters, communications, metrics, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Utilize PM tools to manage reporting, checklists, and task delegation.
• Lead change management and ensure timely decisions and actions.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and inform stakeholders of status.
