Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL on a hybrid schedule.

This role leads project teams to develop software solutions across the application portfolio and enterprise systems, with responsibilities spanning from initiation to implementation and follow-up. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in Agile environments, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing projects from inception through completion.
• Experience leading end-to-end program management in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Agile software development environments and collaborating with product managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality expectations.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of project activities and resources.
• Manage project charters, communications, metrics, and budgets throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams from concept through implementation and follow-up.
• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules and timelines.
