As IT Project/Program Manager, you will lead application program teams to deliver software solutions that span the portfolio and enterprise systems used by customers and business partners, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end program management in cross-functional, matrixed orgs.
• 6+ years working with software engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for on-time, on-budget project delivery with quality.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of project activities and resources.
• Manage charters, communications, metrics, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through implementation.
• Develop detailed project schedules and timelines; track progress.
• Use PM tools for reporting, checklists, and task delegation.
• Lead change management and ensure stakeholder awareness of impacts.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
