Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL on a hybrid schedule. We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more as part of a Fortune 500 setting.

You will lead project teams to develop software solutions across the application portfolio and enterprise systems used by customers and partners. Strong experience with Azure DevOps/Jira/Confluence and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience managing projects from inception through completion with team leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience leading end-to-end program management in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
6+ years of direct project management with software engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of software projects and programs.
Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities and resource allocation.
Manage charters, communications, metrics, reporting, schedules, and budgets through lifecycles.
Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to pilot, implementation and follow-up.
