Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL on a Hybrid schedule.

You will lead cross-functional project teams delivering software solutions across the application portfolio and enterprise systems used by customers and partners. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of project management experience, strong hands-on Agile and Azure DevOps experience, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience from inception through completion
• Experience leading end-to-end program management within matrixed organizations
• 6+ years of PM experience with software engineering teams in Agile environments
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
• Experience with ticketing/PM systems such as Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong understanding of PM fundamentals: charters, planning, scheduling, scope, execution

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget and quality expectations
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of project activities and resources
• Manage charters, communications, metrics, reporting, plans and budgets
• Support cross-functional teams from concept through prototype to implementation
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
• Utilize PM tools for reporting, tracking and task delegation
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to maintain schedules
