Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in healthcare.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects with IT, operations, clinical stakeholders, and vendors.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems, interoperability, or systems integration preferred.
• Experience with executive reporting, KPIs, implementation readiness, and user adoption.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery; PMP a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and budgets.
• Manage lifecycle with docs, charters, RAID, and change controls.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, ownership, and success criteria.
• Coordinate IT, clinical, operations, and vendors; drive follow-up on actions.
• Coordinate system, integration, and UAT testing with sign-off.
• Lead go-live readiness, contingency plans, and post-launch stabilization.
• Assist workflow adoption with operational owners to ensure value.
• Build relationships with sponsors and stakeholders; facilitate decisions.
