The ideal candidate will manage requirements, track issues, and drive processes to improve enterprise systems across the organization. Hybrid or remote options supported, based in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of IT project coordination or management experience.
• Experience supporting technology projects, system implementations, or enterprise applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, task tracking, status updates, and meeting coordination.
• Lead testing coordination, including test plans, scripts, UAT schedules, and results tracking.
• Partner with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project leads to ensure requirements are validated.
