Job summary

Arizona State University EdPlus is seeking a highly organized IT Project Specialist 2 to support coordinating IT project timelines, milestones, and documentation within a fast-paced environment. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient project delivery.

You will monitor progress, provide regular status updates, and maintain project dashboards using Jira and other PM tools in a hybrid in-person setting at Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in the relevant area or an equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Familiarity with project management tools, Jira, and Agile practices such as Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support project activities to align with timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining tracking systems.
• Monitor task progress and ensure project timelines remain current.
• Provide regular status updates to team members, leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and dashboards using PM tools.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
