Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced IT deployment environment. You will support Project Managers across schedules, budgets, risks, and communications within an Enterprise PMO.

The role requires strong organization, collaboration between technical and business teams, experience with project deliverables and change management, and ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with formal IT project management practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced deployment environment.
• Experience monitoring project progress across cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Experience working with project sponsors, team members, and Project Managers.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, resource assignments, and budget management.
• Prepare project information and presentations for executives and team members.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, including cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks.
• Ensure timely, clear communications to sponsors and teams.
• Support collaboration between technical and business teams to gain commitment.
• Develop and maintain PM deliverables and change management artifacts.
