Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to oversee enterprise infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives in Bloomington, IL. You will coordinate end-to-end migrations, align cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, compliant integrations while guiding delivery within an Agile framework.

The role requires strong knowledge of diverse environments, incident management, and the ability to mentor teams through complex transitions.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of diverse computing environments (public cloud, Linux, Windows, mainframe, containers, Apple/mobile).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure disciplines.
• Proven experience managing workstreams within an Agile framework.
• Proficiency in infrastructure administration, monitoring, and reporting tools (ServiceNow, Splunk, Git, Power BI, MS Office).
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor others and influence directions without direct reporting.

Responsibilities

• Migration Planning and Delivery: Coordinate end-to-end migration lifecycles for enterprise applications, clarify scope, schedules, and impacts, track milestones, and coordinate Go/No-Go decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Product Owners and Migration Engineering teams. Lead transition meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Technical Issue and Incident Management: Triage migration issues, diagnose blockers, manage Service Desk and Git workflows, ensure timely resolutions.
• Process Improvement and Documentation: Develop migration playbooks, training materials, onboarding guides, and tooling; collect post-migration feedback.
• Infrastructure Planning and Alignment: Analyze capacity before migrations, educate teams on roadmaps, ensure secure, compliant integrations.
• Agile Delivery Coordination: Manage workstreams within Agile framework, support product accountability through lifecycle.
