Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of administrative, coordination, or project-support experience.
• Experience with project management concepts, workflows, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, user-story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement for IT projects.
• Document needs with stakeholders, developers, and PMs and keep requirements current.
• Maintain and refine project backlogs using JIRA and Microsoft Teams Planner.
• Assist with UAT planning, documentation, and coordination as needed.
• Organize project information for clear, usable documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate follow-up on requirements, decisions, and actions throughout delivery.
• Assist sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare and update schedules, agendas, status reports, action logs, and coordination materials.
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on actions.
• Support milestones tracking, timeline updates, and dependency monitoring.
• Provide PMO support including project records and logistics coordination.
• Support governance, risk and issue tracking and reviews.
• Prepare stakeholder updates and reporting inputs for PM and government review.
• Maintain documentation in SharePoint, Teams, Confluence or similar platforms.
• Support consistent communication across teams and keep records current.
• Assist with tracking progress, open actions, dependencies, and other PMO information.
