Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years managing complex technology, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.
• Certification: PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams and matrixed environments.
• Strong planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance experience.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Jira, ServiceNow and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology and business initiatives with plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Drive accountability and timely decisions to align with business goals.
• Oversee project financials, forecasts, accruals, and governance reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and maintain governance with executive-ready dashboards.
• Build relationships with leaders, Finance, Procurement, and vendors; ensure clear communication.
• Mentor project managers and promote standardized delivery practices.
