• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain governance and provide executive-ready status reports.
• Engage stakeholders and vendors; communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to ensure delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers and teams; promote best practices and continuous improvement.
