Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive project or program management experience with complex cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing technology-enabled business initiatives (SaaS, cloud, enterprise apps, cybersecurity, data/integrations)
• Experience translating complex program information for senior executives
• Proven ability to coordinate teams across multiple functions without direct reporting authority
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or regulated industries preferred
• Experience coordinating external vendors, consultants, and technology partners
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a broader program or portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closeout with defined objectives and milestones
• Coordinate activities across product, technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, clinical applications, integrations, managed services, operations, and commercial teams
• Translate priorities into structured program plans, milestones, and accountable actions; monitor execution and communicate variances and risks
• Facilitate governance processes, prepare materials for leadership review, and support decision-making
• Develop concise reporting for senior leadership on progress, milestones, risks, and impacts
• Identify and manage dependencies across projects and vendors to prevent delivery delays
• Proactively identify program risks and issues, establish mitigation plans, and maintain escalation paths
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders to align ownership, timelines, and outcomes
• Develop integrated program roadmaps connecting projects to strategic objectives
• Track budgets, resource requirements, and vendor commitments to inform leadership decisions
• Coordinate vendor and partner management, including commitments and performance
• Coordinate change management, adoption activities, and measures of success
