Job summary

Organic Valley is seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to optimize technology purchasing and asset management. You will manage software, hardware, cloud services, licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships to ensure investments deliver strong value.

You will also provide basic Service Desk support when needed and collaborate with IT, Accounting, and stakeholders to forecast budgets and drive cost efficiency in a hybrid Cashton environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, contract administration, software licensing, IT operations, or related technology field.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, software licensing, contract management, vendor relationships, technology lifecycle, budgeting and financial reporting preferred.
• Experience supporting technology renewals, enterprise agreements, maintenance contracts, subscriptions, and vendor negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement, vendor management, and technology lifecycle with emphasis on processes, controls, standards, documentation, metrics and reporting.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and vendor management.
• Manage procurement for software, hardware, cloud services, licensing, subscriptions, domains, maintenance agreements, professional services, and other technology expenditures.
• Serve as liaison between IT, Accounting, stakeholders and vendors for procurement, renewals, budgeting inputs and vendor activities.
• Coordinate vendor negotiations, renewal discussions and purchasing initiatives to optimize cost, service levels and business value.
• Lead technology renewal planning and lifecycle management to ensure timely renewals of hardware, software, maintenance, and subscriptions.
• Maintain centralized records for technology contracts, renewals, licensing and related documentation.
• Monitor licenses, subscriptions, contracts, warranties and assets to support compliance and financial planning.
• Communicate contractual requirements, risks, obligations and changes with stakeholders, vendors, Accounting, Legal and IT Leadership.
