Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee policy development, IT control implementations, and risk mitigation across client IT departments.

You will drive development and enforcement of SOPs, collaborate with executives, and create communications programs to educate IT staff and stakeholders. This role requires strong Lean Six Sigma background, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Preferred certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt from an accredited institution or training company.
• Years of experience in Business Process Modelling (& management) with MS Visio is required.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter
• Familiarity with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s) and documenting key process requirements
• General Knowledge of public mass transit assets & operations
• Expert Knowledge of lean methods, waste elimination, 5S, total productive maintenance, flow, and error proofing
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and value stream mapping
• Led Kaizen or CI events and or improvement teams and implemented lean manufacturing techniques.
• Strong Problem Solving & analytical skills
• Strong Project Management, coordination and multi-tasking skills
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and foster teamwork
• Strong ability to exercise a reasonable level or in-depth judgement and decision making

• Proficient in MS VISIO for process mapping

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and enforcement of policies, procedures, internal controls and audits within client's IT Department.
• Collaborate with Executive Offices to develop and issue these documents as needed.
• Develop IT communications programs for client and IT staff based on themes and measure their success.
