Job summary

Visionaryz Inc. in New York is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead policy, compliance and risk initiatives within a hybrid work model. The role combines on-site collaboration with remote work, offering flexibility for experienced professionals.

You will work with executive stakeholders to evaluate and improve policies and controls, manage business risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• 6+ years of Compliance experience
• 6+ years of Policy & Strategy Development
• Experience developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, internal controls, and SOPs
• Experience with audit, risk assessment, and control frameworks
• Expert knowledge of Lean/process improvement methodologies
• Root-cause analysis and value stream mapping
• Experience leading Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong Business Process Modeling experience using Microsoft Visio
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Strong proposal and report-writing experience

Work Arrangement

Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• 6+ years of Compliance experience
• 6+ years of Policy & Strategy Development
• Strong experience developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, internal controls, and SOPs
• Experience with audit, risk assessment, and control frameworks
• Expert knowledge of Lean/process improvement methodologies

Preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of public mass transit assets and operations

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, evaluating and improving existing policies and controls, managing business risk, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
