Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to support IT project delivery within a PMO for the United States Capitol Police (USCP). The role focuses on capturing requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, workflows, and tools.
• Experience supporting IT projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement in JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Assist with sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT planning, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and update project materials including schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture meeting notes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Support milestone tracking, timeline updates, and dependency monitoring under PM direction.
• Assist with PMO governance activities, including risk, issue tracking, and routing documents for review/approval.
• Provide communication support by developing draft stakeholder updates and reporting inputs.
• Perform general PMO support such as data entry, project record maintenance, and logistics coordination.
