Job summary

Reema Health in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to keep our workforce productive. This hands-on role covers day-to-day help desk, Apple device management, onboarding/offboarding, procurement, and IT documentation.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Strategy and Operations, you will work with IT, Security, and Engineering to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver a scalable IT support function while maintaining security and user support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT help desk or IT operations.
• Experience administering Jamf and Apple device fleet.
• Strong Google Workspace admin skills and access controls.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 1 and 2 IT support for accounts, devices, and internal software.
• Design and implement a scalable help desk function with ticketing and SLAs.
• Oversee Apple device fleet lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Maintain hardware/software asset inventory for remote and hybrid teams.
• Execute onboarding/offboarding with access control and provisioning.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate on workforce technology education programs.
• Analyze support data to identify trends and automate where possible.
• Support security/compliance through access reviews and incident reporting.
