Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in New York is seeking an IT Support Specialist to own day-to-day IT for our rapidly growing New York office, ensuring hardware, rooms, and network work smoothly for the team. You will triage requests, resolve issues, and document outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with macOS, Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace, supporting engineers and maintaining device lifecycles, AV systems, and office infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in hands-on IT support or systems administration
• Strong macOS experience in fast-paced or startup environments
• Familiar with Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace administration

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for employee IT issues in New York
• Triage new requests and resolve issues across offices, with clear handoffs
• Support engineers with logs, command-line tools, and clear communication
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while protecting data
• Own device lifecycle: procurement, deployment, inventory, provisioning
• Maintain conference rooms and AV; test rooms and inventory
• Assist with office build-out, moves, and vendor coordination
• Onboard new hires and set up laptops and software
• Administer SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace) and licenses
