Job summary

WRA is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support ~100 full-time staff across the Bay Area. You’ll report to the Director of Information Technology & Cybersecurity and work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in the Bay Area offices.

You will handle service desk duties, IAM tasks, asset management, and ongoing improvement projects, collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of direct IT support experience for a hybrid/remote workforce of 50+ employees.
• Ability to operate in a high-trust role and be highly autonomous.
• Local to the Bay Area and able to be on-site at San Rafael, Emeryville, and Petaluma offices.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, triage, and resolution of employee IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and MS 365 apps.
• Provide on-site hardware, AV, and conference room support as needed.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and basic IAM functions.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and RCA of issues.
