Job summary

Mental Health Partnerships (MHP) is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead technology support services for internal and external users, overseeing end-user problem resolution and aligning platforms with agency goals.

This hybrid Philadelphia role at 833 Chestnut St involves managing MSPs, budgeting, EHR support, and administration of MS365, Google Workspace, and SharePoint to deliver secure, compliant IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in technology support operations.
• 3+ years' experience in supervising staff/consultants.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 administration and Google Workspace.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and Windows 11.
• Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team and be the primary contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee help desk operations and incident response.
• Coordinate MSP activities for disaster recovery and security.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and equipment purchases.
• Administer MS365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and VOIP systems.
• Provide guidance on IT policies, compliance, and reporting.
• Support EHR maintenance and vendor relations.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven IT environment.
