Job summary

Vibrant Corporation in Albuquerque, NM seeks an IT Operations & Cybersecurity Administrator to serve as our primary internal IT resource. You will oversee MSPs, provide hands‑on support, and guide the evolution of our IT and security infrastructure to protect critical systems.

This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with practical problem solving, including risk assessments, compliance documentation, and staff training on technology use and cyber hygiene.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience.
• Experience managing MSPs or external IT vendors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities, including training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight & Service Provider Management: Liaise with MSPs, ensure SLAs, timelines and security objectives.
• Hands-On Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve office IT issues, configure workstations and user access.
• Cybersecurity Program Management: Coordinate vulnerability scans, pen tests, incident response with MSPs.
• Employee Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver internal training on tools and cyber hygiene.
