Job summary

Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) seeks an IT Operations Analyst to join our global support team, working on-site in our Manhattan office four days a week. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, triaging tickets and resolving common issues, with opportunities to grow toward independent troubleshooting.

The role covers frontline support, system configuration, AD management, patching, and IT project collaboration. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in NYC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• 2+ years desktop support or sys admin, 100+ users.
• Hands-on with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, PowerShell.
• Experience with endpoint management tools and ITSM platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for support requests via ticketing, email, and chat.
• Categorize, prioritize, and route tickets to appropriate teams.
• Resolve common Level 1 issues including password resets.
• Configure and deploy Windows endpoints and peripherals.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for apps, hardware, and accounts.
• Manage AD, use PowerShell for permissions.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in onboarding/off-boarding and asset management.
• Join on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
