Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 years of related technical experience with large networks.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work with diverse teams and clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and participate in on‑call rotations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot cloud and on‑premise application errors and isolate problems.
• Collaborate with IT Operations to implement resolutions and support.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud and on‑premise Firm applications.
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and Ivanti for deployment and configuration.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Online environments.
• Provide after‑hours support as part of escalation or on‑call rotation.
• Develop documentation for support protocols and vendor relationships.
• Lead small to mid‑sized projects and coordinate with internal teams.
