Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of related technical experience with large (>300 users) networks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot cloud and on-premise application errors and determine solutions.
• Deploy and manage firm applications across local and remote systems.
• Provide escalation support to Help Desk and end users.
• Manage Active Directory environment and security updates.
• Develop documentation and participate in vendor relationships.
