Job summary

Stand8 Technology Consulting seeks an IT Operations Analyst III inDowntown Los Angeles with a hybrid work model. You will configure, maintain, deploy, and support the Firm's applications and technology environment, collaborating with IT leadership to drive stability and innovation.

You will lead projects with limited supervision and escalate issues as needed. Preferred candidates have 6+ years of technical experience, strong project management, superb communication, and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years of technical experience with large networks (>300 users).
• Strong project management skills for organization-wide initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with good judgment and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management and staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time, sometimes with short notice.
• Ability to work extended hours and rotating escalation duties.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, deploy, and support applications and tech environment.
• Lead and support technology projects with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors promptly.
• Manage lifecycle for Exchange 365, iManage, and SQL in a hybrid setup.
• Develop documentation and quality control testing practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants on technology decisions.
• Provide after-hours escalation support to Help Desk and users.
• Mentor teammates and assist with training materials.
