Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, connectivity, and related end‑user issues.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to follow instructions and document work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and everyday computer systems; exposure to OS, networking, or hardware is a plus.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes, manage assigned tasks, and handle information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT Infrastructure staff in responding to employee requests for technical support (computers, software, connectivity, printers).
• Observe and participate in troubleshooting hardware and software issues; document symptoms and follow diagnostic steps.
• Support setup, configuration, maintenance, and preparation of computers and end‑user equipment under supervision.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow‑up actions in tracking tools.
• Assist with technology inventory, equipment tracking, and coordination of repair/replacement requests.
• Participate in IT security awareness activities and learn safeguarding practices for systems and data.
• Gather user feedback and suggest improvements to documentation and processes.
