Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the IT Infrastructure Hosting team.
• Troubleshoot and assist platform and computer hardware/software issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and review change requests.
• Assist in writing new procedures and defining work processes.
• Maintain excellent team and collaboration skills.
• Assist in compiling status and metric reporting.
