Qualifications

• At least 1 years customer service experience

• A+ Certification or equivalent experience preferred

• Prefer Computer Science degree or equivalent years of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers.
• Identify root causes and defects in Tier 1 applications.
