Job summary

Pearl Interactive Network is seeking Hybrid IT Help Desk Specialists in Bossier City, LA. You will manage inbound calls, diagnose issues, and provide information and alternatives to users. Compensation is $22.29 per hour with an additional $5.09 toward health and wellness benefits.

Includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401K, and career coaching. Training is 3 weeks, 40 hrs/week, and operates 24/7/365; onsite 4 days a week with a home workspace and reliable high-speed internet

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Residents must live within a 60-mile radius of the Bossier City, LA facility.
• Will be required to work onsite 4 days a week.
• Eligible to obtain public trust clearance.
• Availability to work any shift during hours of operation (24/7).
• Home office or quiet space with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming service calls and tickets with accurate information.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize end-user issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Document incident status and solutions in ticketing tools.
• Diagnose and analyze problems using historical records.
• Adhere to service levels and documentation standards.
• Adhere to contact center scheduling during hours of operation.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
