Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc is seeking a Help Desk Supervisor to support the U.S. Department of Justice in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities include supervising help desk staff and setting up user training programs for applications. The candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least two years of experience providing direct end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Set up user training programs for complex applications.
• Oversee help desk operations and respond to user requests.

Skills
