Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an IT Field Support Services Technician to join the Bethesda office. The role supports offices in Baltimore, Bethesda, and Tyson's Corner, with a hybrid work model aimed at in-person collaboration about 3 days a week.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, document solutions for the knowledge base, and follow ITSM processes for incidents and requests. Requires 1+ year IT support experience in Microsoft environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT support experience in a Microsoft environment
• 2- or 4-year degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Partner with the IT Service Desk to resolve user issues in offices
• Identify and document solutions for knowledge base articles
• Adhere to ITSM processes for incidents, requests, and tasks
• Provide on-site user support to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve user issues
• Utilize remote management tools to assist users
• Assist international users with network and file access
• Work with Office Services and Facilities to support technology services in offices
• Work in Baltimore, MD, Bethesda, MD, and Tyson's Corner VA offices in person and virtually
