Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of systems administration or related role.
• Experience supporting end users in a remote or distributed environment.
• Experience with identity and access management concepts.
• Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Mac hardware and macOS experience.
• Windows hardware and OS experience.
• Familiarity with SSO provisioning workflows (Okta/OneLogin/Auth0).
• Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar.
• Basic scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Serve as escalation point for advanced end-user issues.
• Administer identity, access management, and SSO platforms.
• Manage endpoint devices using MDM tools for security.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding workflows per process.
• Support rollout and adoption of new software tools.
• Troubleshoot SaaS apps, Office 365, and endpoints.
• Support remote employees across distributed workforce.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of new IT systems.
• Use scripting to automate tasks where applicable.
• Participate in off-hours or on-call rotations.
