Cyber Advisors in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of IT and cybersecurity projects. You will collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure tasks have owners, documents stay current, and risks are surfaced before delays.

This hybrid role requires 1–3 years of coordinating IT projects, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ConnectWise Manage.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project support within IT services, cybersecurity, or technology.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume coordination work with accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in documentation and status updates.
• Clear, professional written communication for client emails, meeting recaps, and stakeholder summaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating IT and cybersecurity projects, including schedules, project plans, milestones, resources, forecasts, budgets, and status updates.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions across client engagements and escalate as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates in ConnectWise and other tools.
• Prepare meeting notes, project reports, and leadership summaries that are clear and timely.
• Coordinate client-facing activities like kickoff meetings, weekly check-ins, milestone reviews, and requirement gathering.
• Manage project communications through shared inboxes and written correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify deliverables and keep work moving.
• Monitor document workflows to ensure reviews, approvals, and compliance are completed on time.
• Review scope and statements of work to ensure alignment and identify change orders.
• Coordinate change orders, handoffs, closeout activities, and billing notifications with teams.
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization.
