Job Overview

Ridge IT Cyber is seeking to hire an IT Project Coordinator to support our IT solutions practice related to project-based technology implementations and provide overall support to IT Project Managers and company clients. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Information Technology field. This is a real opportunity for professional growth with a company working with cutting-edge technology. What we are looking for

Ridge IT Cyber is seeking a professional who:

• Has great interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate multiple ongoing deployments.
• Consistently tracks and reports on project stages, issues, and goals.
• Enjoys working with people and with leading technology solutions.
• Is capable of performing 100% of their work onsite using the audio and video services available through Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Has a firm understanding of how to manage projects, tasks and deliverables.

The Position

• Projects / Enterprise / Tier 3 Tech Work 80%

Your primary role in this position is coordinating multiple projects. The complexity of projects ranges from predesigned 30-90 day sprints to custom multiyear projects. Projects can be in both commercial and government sectors. In addition:

• Coordinate project timelines and resources.
• Creation of Reports, Schedules, Standard Operating Procedures/Documentation of work processes.
• Supporting other areas of the company.

• Experience in service delivery and IT projects impacting an enterprise.
• Has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills, and oral communication skills.

The Work

• Manage the day to day of Projects.
• Align efforts to the company’s deployment schedule and standard operating procedures.
• Process Improvement, Streamline approaches to projects, tasks, and problems.
• Regular Reports to Management and Clients Forecasting and planning.

Specific Skills

• Microsoft Project, Word, Excel.
• Reconciling, Scheduling, Time Management, and Budgeting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with consulting or technology company.
• 2+ years of experience in IT project management with commercial and government projects.
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize a workload Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A strong drive towards quality, efficiency, problem solving, and timeliness.
• Must be a US Citizen.
