Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related consulting field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful change management strategies.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to understand change readiness.
• Design and deliver effective communication and training programs to support change initiatives.
