Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a related field with 4 years of IT/business analysis experience in banking.
• Bachelor’s degree option with 6 years of relevant banking analysis experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Define system scope and objectives for complex, high-impact IT projects.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations within Citi’s business context.
• Consult with business clients to determine functional specs and partner with management teams.
• Evaluate IT developments and recommend system enhancements.
• Lead and mentor analysts, manage resources, and coordinate UAT.
• Support hybrid work arrangements per Citi policy.
