Qualifikationen

• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Familiarity with automated Commercial/Personal Lines systems.
• 6+ years in a Business Analyst role preferred.
• Certified in SAFe Product Owner (PO/PM) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between business customers and IT/vendor teams for technology-enabled solutions.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog creation, user stories, and prioritization across Agile/Waterfall/Kanban projects.
• Define and validate test strategies, acceptance criteria, and use cases; support UAT.
