Job summary

Nissan in Franklin, TN seeks an IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and align delivery with Product Managers. You will work with internal and outsourced teams, ensuring quality and timely execution across the product lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in IS/IT, experience with a broad tech stack (Mainframe, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, Java, ML), and strong Salesforce/Agentforce expertise within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required plus 5+ years of IS/IT experience.
5+ years in an application development environment.
5+ years of experience with third-party vendors.
Hands-on experience with a diverse technology ecosystem including Mainframe, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, Java, and ML tools.
Strong experience with Salesforce and Agentforce.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and JIRA.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure alignment with Product Managers.
Collaborate with internal and outsourced development teams to clarify expectations and maintain quality.
Oversee code quality, security, and performance through reviews and automation.
Manage incidents and production support with multiple vendors and ensure timely resolution.
Lead requirements gathering and documentation using interviews, workshops, and use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders across executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
