Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data & Analytics function within the CFO organization. You will bridge data and business decisions by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that enable leadership to act with confidence.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and translating analytics into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or R.
• Exposure to the broader Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure.
• Experience supporting Finance, Operations, or Corporate Strategy functions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
