Job summary

CFS is seeking a Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will design and maintain dashboards, analyze performance, manage data integrations, and deliver actionable insights using Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least three years in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Proficient in Power BI dashboards and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data management.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and data models.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Manage Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Integrate data from Salesforce, ERP, and MS applications.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across environments.
• Document reporting processes and definitions.
• Monitor performance and propose improvements.
• Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Ops, and leadership.
• Produce executive-level reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Contribute to data warehouse, ETL, and BI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting workflows.
