Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the UnifAId Data Platform Planning initiative, which aims to transform Customer Experience (CX) and Service Management by integrating data across enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, APS).

The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, enabling seamless integration and actionable insights through BI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements across CX, ERP, MRP, and APS systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and data teams to define data flows, KPIs, and system integrations.
• Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Facilitate ERP data integration into enterprise platforms such as Databricks and AWS.
• Use SQL and Power BI to validate data and create visualizations for business reporting.
• Support Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, including 4–5 years in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Management domains.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably MRP, APS) and integration projects.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Databricks and AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Understanding of data pipelines, transformation workflows, and visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures and cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
