Seattle City Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS) seeks an experienced Information Technology and Business Applications Manager to lead IT staff, direct the Pension Administration System modernization, and align technology with SCERS’s strategic goals.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you’ll manage budgets, vendor relations, contract negotiations, and risk/compliance programs while supervising four IT professionals and coordinating cross‑department initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Experience leading IT teams and implementing enterprise applications.
• Ability to align IT with SCERS strategic goals and budget.
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight.
• Knowledge of IT security, audit and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT and business applications strategy, planning, and operations.
• Oversee budget, vendor contracts, and project delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Manage deployment, maintenance, and end-user support of Pension Administration System.
• Provide leadership in policy development and cybersecurity/compliance.
