Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Enterprise Application Administration team.
• Serve as technology lead and liaison to HMSA to align solutions with goals.
• Oversee procurement and lead engineers to implement, configure, and support software systems.
• Contribute to IT strategy, roadmaps, and solution architecture reviews.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and document processes.
• Mentor staff on best practices and oversee on-site go-lives and upgrades.
• Establish vendor relations and manage budgets and resource allocation.
