Job summary

Arnold & Porter is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our Denver office. This role provides high-quality second-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and productivity applications in a hybrid work environment.

You will diagnose complex technical issues, coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors, and help with hardware deployment, asset tracking, and lifecycle management. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum five years of hands-on desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft endpoint management preferred.
• Familiarity with law firm technology and workflows preferred.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with remote support tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, SCCM).
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Nuance PDF, and legal industry apps.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level hardware and software support in a hybrid environment.
• Escalate and resolve Help Desk issues with SLAs and user satisfaction.
• Deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and more.
• Image, deploy, and maintain equipment; install approved software.
• Collaborate with Applications, Networking, Systems, and vendors to troubleshoot.
• Maintain incident documentation and asset inventory in ITSM tools.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and lifecycle management.
• Monitor tickets, ensure timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Assist with hardware procurement, deployment, and inventory management.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
