Job summary

Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP seeks two experienced IT Analysts to provide second-level desktop and device support in a hybrid environment in Washington, DC and Denver. You will diagnose complex issues, coordinate with IT teams and vendors, and help with hardware procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.

The role requires five years of desktop support experience, an IT-related associate degree, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on desktop support experience in a professional services or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft endpoint management certifications are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with law firm technology, applications, and workflows is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with remote support tools such as BeyondTrust; IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow; and endpoint management tools such as SCCM.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level escalation support for Help Desk issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain technology equipment and software.
• Collaborate with Applications, Networking, Systems, and external vendors to resolve advanced issues.
• Maintain incident documentation and asset inventory using ITSM and asset tools.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities and monitor service requests.
