Job summary

Select Medical is seeking an I.S. Project Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA for a role that blends on-site and hybrid work.

You will lead prioritized IS initiatives from inception to execution, coordinate with IS leadership, vendors, and staff, and apply Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methods to deliver projects on time and within scope. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, risk management, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments while maintaining

Qualifications

• BS or BA or equivalent education and experience.
• Demonstrated project leadership and ownership responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid, or traditional PM approaches.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes I.S. project work plans and revises them as needed.
• Understands technical requirements and manages day-to-day project scope.
• Manages resources, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications.
• Reviews deliverables and ensures accuracy and documentation.
• Applies project management methodologies and enforces standards.
• Plans status meetings and communicates milestones and issues.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation plans.
• Maintains awareness of changes and promotes cost-efficient techniques.
• Adds lessons learned to team knowledge.
